If you are following me on the 30 day challenge, how are you doing?  It’s getting easier for me :)  Out of sight, out of mind I think.

Off to the gym to pump some iron.

Do you watch the bachelor?

Another shameless Bachelor follower! I’m pretty sure I’ve watched every season. I can’t quite say I’m shameless though. I pretty much feel ashamed about it every episode. Oh well! Guilty pleasure, right? I actually didn’t see last night’s episode, but it’s on my To Watch list.

[...] I have tried the Ezekail bread in the past and have made some delicious recipes with it.  I love the nutty taste and the fact that it toasts so well.  It is also full of PROTEIN and FIBER, containing 5 grams protein, and 4 grams of fiber per slice, so it keep me feeling fuller longer!  One recipe you are sure to love is my Fit French Toast!
