Hello Hump Day! Half of the week is over!
Today I bring you TWO new Recipes!!
But first, I worked out
Monday I went to the gym with my sister and we did a combo of biceps, back, abs, and cardio. Get it done!
Workout:

After my workout I drank my fitmixer vanilla protein shake.
We stopped at Dick’s because we had coupons, yay. I love how beanies now have pony holes in them. I got so pumped when I saw these :)
I got a reversible Under Armour slouchy hat, and a tank top.
When I got home I was starving and In need of more PROTEIN so I whipped up a fantastic lunch in about 5 minutes.
Lunch:
Tuna Patties
Ingredients (Makes 2 patties)
I can tuna
1 egg
1/2 cup oats
salt and pepper
onion powder
garlic powder or salt
I also used some burger seasoning
Form into 2 patties
I cooked mine in Wildtree Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil for a 2-3 minutes on each side.
Great lunch: You got your carbs, protein, and veggies!
Side of ketchup of course, but you could also use salsa.
Later on I had a pretty sweet snack: Honey Pecan Pie Protein Icing drizzled over apples, OMG!
(recipe to come)
Now onto the star meal of the day!
Dinner
Roast Garlic Chicken and Shrimp Scamp
I made this with beautiful dinner with brown rice and broccoli.
I couldn’t have made this amazing dinner without my wildtree products:
With some added pesto on top! AmAzInG!
What a GREAT dinner!
You can buy any of these wildree products online and I really recommend the pesto!
All you have to do is add Grapeseed Oil and warm water. Mix and drizzle over pasta, rice, salads etc!
I finished off my night with some sweet almond butter for dessert.
Since I cant have real dessert- 22 days of no sweets and going strong!
It really does get easier, out of sight, out of mind!
Are you doing any challenges this month?
If you are doing the “no sweets” challenge, how are you doing with it?
Have you ever tried any Wildtree products?

Great job on the challenge! No real challenge for me this month, just some experimenting. I’ve been bulking up my main meals to see if it would make me snack less, and it’s working out nicely
Such a relief to not be thinking about food all day.
Fitcupcaker
thanks…that must feel nice bc thats all I think of!
