First of all, I’ve watched more TV this month than I did all of 2013! Did anyone watch The Walking Dead Sunday night? Carl became a man out of nowhere and he ate a huge tub of pudding on a rooftop, which pretty much summed up the episode if you ask me. Although, it’s pudding. I understand where the kid is coming from! I just hope to see more of the group in the next episode!
I also watched the Bachelor Monday Night.
Is it me or does this group of people have absolutely NO intelligent conversations at all!? Juan has no personality if you ask me and Sharleen needs to go! BORING BORING BORING. But yes, I still watch it. I’m rooting for Renee or Nicki!
Now on to real life! Monday I shared What I’ve been loving lately, and I always love FOOD, a new recipe, a new flavored latte, or a new treat. That’s part of life right!? Yes, I am on a 6 pack by June plan (LOL) but I still need a cupcake or lots of avocado every once in a while!!
I made a very EASY guacamole recipe for this year’s super bowl but I’ve been a slacker and a hoarder and haven’t shared my recipe!
Sara’s Easy Guacamole:
- 5 Avocado’s
- 1 Roma Tomato
- 1 tbsp Garlic Salt
- 1/2 tbsp Chili Powder
- 1-2 tbsp Lime Juice
- 1/4 Red Onion- chopped
- Dash of Hot Sauce
- 2 tbsp Fresh Cilantro (Feel free to use more, I think I will next time!)
I usually don’t measure at all so I tried my best so I could share the recipe with you guys. Really, Just keep adding ingredients until it tastes good!
I also put the seeds back into the dip after I made it, and surprisingly it didn’t turn an awful brown color for a long time! I think the lime juice helps with that a little bit too.
What shows are you into right now?
Does anyone have any tricks to keep guacamole green instead of brown?!
