Happy Hump Day Everyone!
If we can just get over this hump that would be fantastic right!? Well I thought I would share a smoothie recipe with you guys today. I have been craving fresh fruit and although I know it’s not warm out yet, I’ve really been craving smoothies too!
Spring is so close, yet so far away. It’s not even March yet and I got my first Pedi! My toes needed some attention for sure.
I’m so jealous of everyone taking tropical trips this winter. Why don’t I plan trips for winter!?
Well anyway, here is the recipe to an amazing, and EASY smoothie!
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 100g blackberries (equals about 1/2 cup)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 3/4 cup vanilla almond milk
- 4-5 ice cubes
- 252 calories
- 6g fat
- 32g carbs
- 10g fiber
- 23g protein
Nutritional info may vary depending on your protein powder, but feel free to add or subtract as many ingredients as you want!
I had my smoothie with a Van’s power grain waffle with peanut butter. Such a satisfying breakfast.
